This picture was taken at the National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN on a June morning, and appeared in the Minneapolis Star/Tribune…
Mother Goose has been busily posting it all over the place this morning, and would to thank dear friend, Cathy, for sharing it with us. Cathy’s son, Nathan, is a U.S. Marine in training right now for deployment to Afghanistan. Please pray for Nathan’s safety and peace of mind for Cathy and the rest of his family.

What a sobering photo…really interesting! And another mom is going to go without sleep. I will remember this family, Mother Goose. Debra

Debra, thanks so much. Nathan is training somewhere out there by you — 29 Palms is part of Camp Pendleton, I think. Blessings on love and hope on your day, dear…

29 Palms is just a hop, skip and a jump from where I live. Since Pendleton is by the beach and 29 Palms is in the middle of the desert I am not sure they are one in the same, but I may be wrong. Not much in 29 Palms but desert. Sending prayers his way.
