The REAL Mother Goose

Before another day slips away, I want to tell you about my precious Mom. Not since the Lord Jesus walked this earth has there been a more loving person in all the world. Mom had a heart of gold, and today she’s racing a fast car down streets of gold — gold was her favorite color. She wore gold everyday of her life to remind her of golden days, family days and shiny times to come. I hear her laughing all the time, and I know that she’s throwing parties for all of her old and new friends in heaven. Mom is always the life of the party wherever she goes! She left our planet four years ago this week, but we will see her again one of these fine days.

Give your Mom a hug and some lovin’ today, and bee blessed.

Dianna, thank you so much. When they fly away, moms leave a humongous hole in our lives. Love from family and friends fills the hole a little, but there is always that strange emptiness where she used to be.

I would think the holidays just emphasize that loss, too. I do still have my mom, and I am so thankful. I share with you the belief that one day we will have a grand reunion in heaven with those we hold dear and miss so much. Lovely tribute to your beautiful mother. What a charming picture. Debra
