More Funn with Bunn

How much fun can two sisters have? Let’s just quickly review the feathery flurry of fun on Friday!

We enjoyed the most ‘lish lunch at Bleeding Heart Bakery in Elmhurst — oh em gee, the cute little quiches with artichokes and mushrooms. But, oh dear, unfortunately it left us somewhat gassy for the remainder of the afternoon…

(Mother Goose has pix of this, but again, unfortunately, they are locked onto my phone which is behaving badly this weekend.)

We had fun at the Goodwill store, shopping for jeans, but unfortunately again, nothing would fit our goose-like bottoms…

Our next stop was at the Wildfire Harley-Davidson store in Villa Park! We had a wonderful shopping experience here — unfortunately I cannot reveal what we purchased because it will give away all the secret gifts we bought for so many people.

We regathered our wits and our regrouped with our goslings. Upon the discovery that Bunn had never been to the theater to see a 3D movie, we quickly flew to the next showing of Titanic 3D at the Marcus Cinema in Addison. Here are some fun pictures that we took before taking our seats for Titanic:

Two unfortunate situations occurred during this otherwise fun event:

1. The majestic ocean liner still sunk to the bottom of the ocean even though it was a 3D re-release, and

2. The exhausted sister of Mother Goose fell asleep and snored throughout the three-hour movie. The ushers had to come and ask us to silence our snoring because the other patrons were complaining of our noisiness.

After dabbing the tears in our eyes, we flew down the expressway to our dining destination.
